Although you had gone 

I still feel your warmth

I still hear your voice 

You are softly whispering  to my ear 

The war took you from me unexpectedly 

When I heard the bad news 

I felt devastated 

I really felt 

The paradise was lost 

Tell me my love 

About your last moment 

Did you feel pain ?

Were you numbed ?

I am most certain 

You remembered me 

with your last breath 

They brought your body 

They buried you 

with full military honors

They gave you the final salute 

Then I was given a folded flag

You left me so soon 

You left with unanswered questions 

Are we gonna meet again ?

I cannot imagine a life without you
